World Environment Day is celebrated annually on 5 June and Department of Economics provides awareness and action for the protection of the environment. Like the previous year, Department had taken initiatives to planting trees at home. “Only One Earth” is the 2022 World environmental day slogan, with the focus on “Living Sustainably in Harmony with Nature”. Prof. Manju Rajan, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, has delivered a speech on this theme at Department seminar hall on 05.06.2022.
