Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA) is an annual innovation ranking programme of Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and being implemented through MoE’s Innovation Cell and AICTE to systematically rank Indian Higher Educational Institutions and Universities based on their efforts to have a dynamic and strong innovation and startup ecosystem in the campus. ARIIA was launched in the year 2018 to ensure that innovation and entrepreneurship should be primary fulcrum of all HEIs. ARIIA framework consists of parameters and indicators related to promotion and support of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development” among the students and faculties in HEIs. This unique ranking frame work classifies HEIs into two major classes of ‘Technical’ and ‘Non.Technical ’ institutions . ARIIA will evaluate and and publish the list of institutions with ranks/bands in 5 different sub-categories of institutions under two broad categories of ‘Publicly Funded Institutions’ and ‘Self finance/Private Institutions’. Our college participated in ARIIA 2020, the result of which declared on 18 th August 2020 by Honorable Vice President of India in which we were categorized as ‘Band A’ institution (Rank between 6 -25) in the category of ‘Institutes and Colleges (Govt. and Govt. Aided)’.
