Department conducted Two day International Seminar On “ Hindi Bhasha ,Sahitya, Cinema evam Patrakaritha Vyshvik dharthal Par” on 30th and 31st January 2019.
Dr. Saran Ghai From Toronto University, Canada was the Chief Guest. Other Resource Persons are Dr. Kamraj Sindhu from Kurukshetra University , Dr. Urmila Porval Setiya from Bangalore, Dr. Sheela Dekshit from Karnataka , Dr. Safaramma From Tamilnadu Etc.. Faculties and research scholors from different universities and colleges participated and presented papers on different topics. Dr. Sajith S J Sasi Coordinated the Seminar. The seminar was conducted in association with Univerity of Kerala , Viswa Hindi Sansthan Canada, Global Hindi Sahitya Shodh Sansthan Bharat, Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha, Hindi sevak mandali Thiruvananthapuram.
