Payment of Fees

Fees are to be paid in two installments.
June: First installment of Tuition Fee including the special fee from all students
November: Second installments of tuition fees
Collection of Fees: On or before the seventh working day of the month.
With Fine: Rs. 5/- on or before the 10th day after due date. Rs. 10/- thereafter.

If the fee and fine of an installment are not paid before the last opportunity given for
payment of the installment, the name of the student will be removed from the rolls of the college
with effect from the date following the last date for fees and the student will not get the benefit
of attendance from the date of removal.


With the special permission of the Principal, the student has to remit all the arrears of fees with fine and Re admission of Fee Rs. 50/-. The re-admitted students will get the benefit of attendance only from the date of re-admission. (Last opportunity is defined as the last working day previous to the date of the succeeding installment. For the last installment, the last opportunity is fixed as 5 March. Absence (with or without leave) from the college shall not be an excuse for non- payment of fees on the due date.
